For online bookings, direct bookings when making reservation via phone, email or request form, you are deemed to have read and accepted our booking terms and conditions and accepting the terms and conditions on behalf of all persons in the party. Please kindly read the terms and conditions carefully.
Our terms and conditions are composed of an agreement with Merchant. By entering this site, you have accepted these terms and conditions. It is your responsibility to check the terms and conditions frequently in case there are any changes because these terms and conditions are subject to change at any time.
Continuing to use the site after a change has been made is your acceptance of those changes.
- Deposits and Cancellation charge.
Deposits are generally about 30% total rate is required at booking and can be settled by Bank wire transfer, through Western Union Global Transfer or through credit card.
Cancellation will be charged as follows:
a. For Flexible-Rate Cruise and FIT booking (group of less than 7 cabins with cut off date is more than 7 days prior of trip arrival date)
- No charge 7 days – 3 days before arrival date.
- 50% charge less than 72 hours prior to check-in
- 100% of total rate for no-show.
b. For GIT booking (group of from about 7 cabins)
- No charge for more than 60 days prior to trip departure
- 50% charge for 60 days – 31 days before arrival
- 75% of total rate: From 30 to 15 days prior to check-in
- 100% of total rate for less than 15 days prior to check-in
Tour prices are net prices, quoted in United State Dollars or Vietnamese Dong. Our prices for cruises/hotel are generally per person, except for promotions.
3. Refund of Unused services
No refund or exchange can be made in respect of accommodation, meals, sightseeing fees, transportation fee or any other services which are included in the tour prices but not utilized by the tour member.
Voucher will be issued by Sealife Group after booked trip is confirmed and payment is settled. A service voucher will be sent by email or fax to passengers.
5. Liability and Insurance
Sealife Group has no responsibility for any loss, damage, injury or delay because of the natural disaster, politic actions, weather or causes beyond its control. Medical precautions and travel insurance are essential. Your travel insurance must provide cover against personal accident, medical expenses, emergency repatriation and personal liability. We highly recommend that you hire a travel insurance policy for any trips.
All confirmations are normally confirmed by return email within 2 working days. In case immediate confirmation is not possible, we will inform the booking status at the time of reservation.
7. Passengers’ Information
The client requested to submit all passenger details at least 24 hours prior to check-in of all passengers follow our guide.
Guest personal information will only be used for the cruising registration with the local authorities, and will not be shared or used for any other purposes.
Our company may photograph, record images of the clients, taken during their transportation, check-in and check out cruise. Those images can be used for social media campaigns and published for marketing activities.
